You must have heard from someone or the other about manifestation. But, do you know what it is all about, or have you practiced it? If yes, then you know its impact for those who don’t; manifestation is an art of changing your destiny through thoughts, much more like “we become what we think” or let us put it as, “our thoughts define us and our destiny”.
This might sound appropriate to some of you, but this is the ultimate truth. Manifestation is much more powerful than you think it is, but you get to know the benefits only after you try it out for yourself. In simple words, it is very pure and spiritual, it involves faith and hope and every good emotion that you can think of. You manifest and then you believe and wait for the Universe to respond. It may take some time, but Universe does respond in a way that is best for you.
The only rule of manifestation is not thinking of plan B which means, for instance, you manifest that you are going to crack JEE/NEET now all you need to do is work hard on your part and believe that good things are going to happen to you! Some people narrate/chant, some write it down, it all depends on what works for you. Manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.

For you to manifest, you need to know what you want very clearly, make your intentions as specific as possible! Once you are aware of it, write it down. You must be aware of the “369 method” where you write down what you want in the following order: 3 times in the morning, 6 times in the afternoon, and 9 times at night for 33 or 45 days—but it can also be as simple as a letter to the universe. Manifesting is also known as co-creating because it’s a collaboration between you and the Universe." This is exactly why knowing what you want is only half the battle— you will not see any results without action. Set aside a bit of time to think about what steps you can take to reach your goals yourself, then build them into your routine. For example, if you want to make a major career change, start networking with people in your new field and practice for a job interview.
All you have to do next is be thankful/grateful for whatever you receive during the process. Gratitude is the key! Everyone needs appreciation (yes, even the universe). You might start writing a gratitude journal it helps most people and if not then just be thankful in your heart for every day.

In addition to changing your mindset and behaviors, you will need to remove any obstacles or limiting beliefs that may cloud your vision, including fear and negative self-talk. "Telling yourself you're not good enough, you're not worthy enough, you're not smart enough, you're not enough—it's a tape that's playing for a lot of people,". If you're not conscious of that, then you end up acting out of that belief system and not what you know to be the truest or want to be the truest for yourself. You don't become what you want because so much of wanting is about living in the space of what you don't have. EVERY SINGLE SECOND IS AN OPPORTUNITY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE BECAUSE AT ANY MOMENT YOU CAN CHANGE THE WAY YOU FEEL.

To move ahead of your beliefs, it’s important to first recognize and accept that they are limiting you, then understand how and why are they limiting you. Our beliefs keep on changing till the day we die, as we grow old, we learn and understand things differently, our perspective of things change and we need to observe and change with time. Remember, “We are never right, just a little less wrong than we were earlier” and that’s what beliefs are; we are never right about them but always a little less wrong than we were about them earlier!
Apart from them, your energy is everything. It’s good to keep a check on your energy because the energy we put out is also the energy we receive. Lifting your energy is quite simple: Just focus on activities that cultivate feelings of joy and happiness—whether that's doing something kind for someone else (helping a friend or family member, donating to a meaningful organization, volunteering), starting each morning with a meditation session or a quick yoga class, spending some time in nature, or even treating yourself to some well-deserved self-care. Also, if you are an overthinker then practice ignoring things and live in the moment because no matter how much we think, things are going to turn out the way they are supposed to.
All you need to do is have faith throughout the process and act accordingly. Sending you good vibes. Because you deserve it :)
